Managed/Cloud Services Technician

Job Description: Audcomp is looking for talented and well experienced individuals to manage the day-to-day technical operations and client services of our Managed Services and Cloud Services offerings.

  • Onboarding and configuration of Cloud and various services platforms.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and solving Managed Services customers technical issues.
  • Cloud Services network operations maintenance as well as deploying Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and various technology products.
  • Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot customer networks.
  • Develops and reports on Key Performance Indicators regarding health of Audcomp network monitoring and various Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and act as escalation point for client issues.
  • Provides technical account management for customers including technical roadmaps.
  • Participates in pre-sales activities to understand client challenges and to design solutions.

 

Qualifications: We seek talented and well experienced individuals who have a goal-oriented mindset, with good diagnostic and efficient problem resolution skills, endeavoring to meet client expectations and goals. Individuals who have expert competency with Microsoft WINDOWS Server and Linux based Operating Systems, VMware, Citrix, RMM tools, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and Network Security will be given extra consideration. We require good customer service skills as well as clear facility with both spoken and written English.
