Telesales Representative

Job Description: Cold calling customers to sell IT products and Audcomp branded services.

  • Prospect for sales leads by calling into target account lists
  • Follow up with inbound leads to assure satisfaction and respond to queries
  • Quickly identify opportunities through proper qualifying and analyzing customer needs
  • Book presentations for the Account Executive Team
  • Quickly identify and move non-sales inquiries to other areas of the company
  • Drive attendance to webinars and events
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and results in company CRM system
  • Follow up with and qualify new customers
  • Must be able to prospect on a daily basis for new opportunties
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Manage Inside Sales voice mail and e-mail boxes
  • Average 100 activities a day



  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated telephone sales experience, preferably qualifying opportunities in SMB accounts
  • Detail oriented and self-starter who can maintain call rate to achieve call time and contact objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • PC literate-proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of overachievement against metrics


Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk/computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Job is located in an office environment
